About This Role
Lead the day-to-day administrative operations of a KidLogic childcare centre. You will manage registrations, parent communications, regulatory compliance, and support the centre director to deliver an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage child enrolments, waitlists, and parent onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with Ministry regulations.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and communicate policy updates.
- Handle parent enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support billing, invoicing, and subsidy administration.
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience in childcare administration or office management.
- Proficiency with childcare management software (asset).
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within 6 months).
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
