About This Role

Lead the day-to-day administrative operations of a KidLogic childcare centre. You will manage registrations, parent communications, regulatory compliance, and support the centre director to deliver an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage child enrolments, waitlists, and parent onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with Ministry regulations.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling and communicate policy updates.
  • Handle parent enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and subsidy administration.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in childcare administration or office management.
  • Proficiency with childcare management software (asset).
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within 6 months).
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
