Early Childhood Educator

About This Role

Join our dedicated team as an Early Childhood Educator and help shape the minds of our youngest learners. You will plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate programs aligned with the curriculum.
• Observe, document, and report on each child's development and progress.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent, high-quality program.

Requirements

• Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) license in Ontario.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within 6 months).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
• 1+ year of experience in a licensed childcare setting (preferred).
